Just finished work, cleaning the house and grocery shopping! Phew! I will be having guest come over at our house this weekend so I'll be making some zesty recipes. I also have a chili cook-off and Halloween contest at work next week so it's gonna be fun to shop around for costumes. Unfortunately, I have no clue what I want to be for Halloween yet. Any of you going to dress up for Halloween?!
Balsamic Grilled Asparagus Recipe
{ Ingredients }
- 1 pound fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- Newman's Own balsamic vinaigrette light dressing
- Weber Zesty Lemon seasoning
- 1 Large zip-lock bags
{ Directions }
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- Lightly coat the asparagus spears with balsamic vinaigrette light dressing. Season with Weber - Zesty Lemon seasoning to taste and marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
- Grill over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
