March Madness

It's good to be back. Two weeks ago my family and I celebrated Zo's baptismal (will be adding pictures on my next post soon). Then we got sick the following day so we were home throughout the week in our jammies. And then last Saturday was my man's birthday. My kiddos gave him lots of hugs and kisses for being such a cool dad/friend/DJ/chef/etc. Plus, he beat me (for the fourth time) on the NCAA Basketball Tournament so I had to give him another thumbs up for being the world 'champ' on this category! Ha!

We had a small birthday-lunch at the in-laws munching on manapua, roast duck and beef chow fun. Yum!

This week, I'll be doing a little spring cleaning around the house after work. Organizing, donating clothes, cooking, dancing, drawing, giggling with my boys and then messing up the house on the weekends...

Oh...life is back to normal again.

Bits and Pieces of the Week

My little family got sick this whole week. It was such a horrible experience. We had rough nights not getting enough sleep and I really, really wish this bug goes away. We are slowly recovering and I think we feel alot better today. We've been eating bland food all week and I was getting tired of it. So I tried to make Baked Tilapia with Veggies on Parchment Paper to see if our tummies can take it. So far, no stomach ache or throw ups. Hooray!

Have a nice and restful weekend.

Drawings of a Three Year Old

Ry is not a big fan of crayons just inky pens because he says he can see it more better when he draws. And my toddler would ask me if I can take a picture of his cool drawings. Oh, the great wonders of a three-year-old! Happy Weekend!

Seasons by Erica Haowei Hu

I've been so busy with my full-time day job, taking care of my kids, house-buying situation, upcoming events, working on my small business shop, laundry...And the list goes on. At least the dishes were done! Ha! I'm taking a quick break to watch this awesome video before going back to work some Etsy orders. I think my son would definitely appreciate this vimeo. Wouldn't that be amazing to have your illustrations come alive?!

Bits and Pieces of the Week

My toddler wanted to make 'shark cake' for breakfast. Instead, I made shark pancakes and he said, "No, Mommy. That's a basking shark pancake!" LOL

Painted a whale casting kit on Monday night.

I helped Ryu paint the killer whale!

Build 'castles' before going to work.

Visited Grandma and Grandpa. They cooked pancit! One of my favorite Filipino Noodle dish.

Went grocery shopping. Ryu wanted this cool shark towel.

We got Razio the tiger and dino...

and last but not least...admiring these chubby, little fingers of my youngest son!

Enjoy the weekend!
