Full of Beauty

“Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.” ~Ashley Smith

Wish I can enjoy this weather but I'm not feeling well today again. I'll leave you with a few beautiful inspirations from letsgorideabike. Hope you all enjoy the wonderful weekend and see you soon. XOXO

Jessica Hische home & designs

What do you like most about your space?
'It feels warm. Because I did most of my decorating and painting last winter, everything is really bold and richly colored instead of light and airy. The color palette for the space is pretty much exactly the same as the color palette I use in my illustration work.' ~
Jessica Hische at grain edit

I'm a big fan of Jessica Hische's work and her precise hand-lettering designs. I was so excited that Grain Edit had the pleasure to interview her and took a few shots of her lovely home/studio in New York. Thus, I love that print hanging from the door which I posted last year by Linzie Hunter. To learn more about Ms. Jessica Hische, visit her website or jump to the interview here.

Sandra Boynton Books

My son reading one of his favorite books Fifteen Animals by Sandra Boynton. An absolutely hilarious book which includes fourteen animals named Bob and then one named Simon James Alexander Ragsdale III. It's a really funny, cute rhyme book. Also, Oh My Oh My Oh Dinosaurs! is a classic favorite at home. Sorry about the blurry picture. Ryu was running around smiling cheesy to the camera. Hehe. I love this little guy. We will be collecting more of Ms. Boynton's books soon. Relax and enjoy reading a good book.

Giving this a thumbs up for extraordinary images and clever hand-lettering!

Mmmm...chocolate

"All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt!" Lucy Van Pelt (in Peanuts, by Charles M. Schulz)

This chocolate cake looks so tasty! Can someone bake me a cake today? Maybe I should just eat cake for lunch. Hahaha. Anyhow, I hope you are having a good day. It's Tuesday and I'm trying to patiently work while getting creative inspiration with music in my ears and a cup of green tea in my hand.

Elle Spaces

What do you think about these beautiful spaces from Elle Decor? I love the neat patterns...so bright, entertaining and eye-catching. The patio with sky blue chairs on checkered tiles is my favorite. Check out the blog for more creative designs.
